K18 is a one of a kind haircare brand. It uses a first of its kind (and now patented) biotechnology. This brand was on a mission to deeply understand and solve common hair problems, but to do so they had to understand the biology of our hair. After nearly a decade of research, a team of incredible scientists, and hair gurus the brand and its unique technology was born! Its first hero product was the Leave In Molecular Repair Mask which uses their patented K18 peptide which uniquely clicks and matches to hairs keratin structure to deeply restore strength and elasticity. Since the launch of that product, the line has tremendously grown! One of their newest launches is the Airwash Dry Shampoo. And this NOT your average dry shampoo. This is a non aerosol product, so when you spray it onto your hair, it actually feels damp. I did not know that this was the way it was SUPPOSED to feel and immediately went into panic mode. I thought there is no way this is going to help with my oily hair if it feels wet too! Within about 30 seconds, the damp feeling disappears and it suddenly turns dry. Once the product feels dry, thats when the magic happens! Your hair instantly looks cleaner because the clear microbeads of product soak up any excess dirt or oil! And since the formula is clear, there's no ugly whitecast! But my favorite feature, is since the formula is so thin your hair doesn't feel weighed down or gritty! K18 has also patented a new biotechnology for this dry shampoo. It's called odorBIND. OdorBIND uses a smart release molecule to recognize, trap, and release a light fragrance in its place! How cool is that!? I could go on and on about the innovative and exciting things K18 is up to, but I highly suggest popping by their website to see for yourself! I was blown away by this dry shampoo and recommend it everyone looking for their new hair must have!

Thanks to Instagram and Tik Tok, many people are now more educated on skincare than ever before! And the powerhouse ingredient we all know and love is hyaluronic acid! Its in a ton of beauty products nowadays like foundations, lip products, and even shampoos! That's because hyaluronic acid can hold up to 1000x its weight in water, making skin look plump and retain more moisture. It also plays well with most other skincare and is safe for all ages and skin types. Nearly every skincare brand has some type of hyaluronic serum. Although the potency and prices vary, they are all fairly similar. But, one of the most popular hyaluronic acid serums on the market is by The Inkey List. It could be because it's only $10, but I feel like this serum works much more than other HA serums I've tried. It feels less watery and seems to work faster in my opinion. Their unique formula also has Matrixyl 3000 which is a peptide that helps to plump, firm, and smooth the skin. I love to use this product in the evening after a sheet mask to really help the serum from the mask to soak deeply into the skin! Since I began using this a few months ago, I have seen a big difference in the bounciness and moisture in my skin. I no longer struggled with dry patches and even had smoother makeup applications! If you are struggling with dull or dry skin, I highly suggest adding this product into your routine!

If Double Wear was your go to back in 2016 for those full glam moments, then Futurist Skin Tint is your new bestie for 2025! We no longer seem to be in the days of absolutely caking on makeup like we did almost ten years ago (I'm still doing it....oops). Instead, the trends these days are more natural and radiant. I'll be honest, I didn't think I'd like this because I am not a skin tint or tinted moisturizer type of gal. When I do makeup, I tend to go all in. But, after receiving this in my monthly gratis, I decided I may as well try it. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it! The formula of this is just impeccable. It has the consistency of a serum (hence the name) and feels completely weightless on the skin. The finish is radiant, but not greasy looking. Your skin truly does get that natural glow when using this product. This foundation also has SPF 20 which helps to protect your skin against UVA & UVB rays. But what I love most about this product is the versatility. If I want to use it as a skin tint, i'll do a couple drops on my face and rub in with my fingers and I've quickly got an even complexion . Or, I can do a few layers of the product to give me the same coverage as Double Wear but with a more radiant finish! I've noticed this foundation plays great with several other creams and powders, which is a major win for a product that's this thin. Now, the two reasons I didn't give this a 5/5 are pretty minuscule in the grand scheme of things. One, I don't really like the dropper style applicator. It can sometimes get clogged (mine does at least) or simply doesn't grab enough product each time it's dispensed. I prefer a pump applicator to make sure every ounce of product is being used, but that's just me being picky. Two, I do wish this had a longer wear time. Their website says 8 hour wear, but I begin seeing separation around 6 1/2 hours. I usually wear this to events where I know I won't have my makeup on for more than a few hours because foundation separating is one of my biggest pet peeves. But other than that, this is a win in my book! This is ideal for the person who wants ONE product that can perform in many different ways.
