Let me begin by saying this one of the best moisturizers of all time. That seems like a big claim, but I have tried ALOT and consistently go back to this one. Belif has been around since 2010 and was founded in Korea. Korea is known for their innovative skincare and within the last few years the US has slowly been acquiring more K Beauty brands and consumers just can't get enough. Belif was actually one of the first K Beauty brands to hit the mainstream market by subtly being launched in Ulta and Sephora. I say "subtly" because although it's been around for a while, not many people talk about it. But, I'm not sure why because this guy is truly one of the best. There are two formulas of their Moisture Bomb. The True Cream Moisturizing Bomb (best for normal to dry skin, light cream feel) and The True Cream Aqua Bomb (best for normal to oily skin, watery gel feel). I have tried and enjoy both, but the Moisture Bomb works best on my skin type. Three standout ingredients in this product are: peptides (proven to improve elasticity), ceramides (proven to improve skins barrier), and squalane (proven to maintain hydration). Most moisturizers will have at least one of these star ingredients, but when you get all three in one product it does WONDERS on the skin. It also has such a beautiful, whipped texture that literally makes your skin look glassy and radiant. I have never seen my skin be instantly transformed like this by a product. Not only do you see quick results, but the more you use this product your skin will actually become more hydrated and juicy. This cream can be used morning or night as it is thin enough to be layered underneath makeup without peeling up. Yet, it is a strong enough formula to deeply nourish skin while you're sleeping at night. There is also the most subtle, natural (not synthetic) fragrance in here that reminds me of getting a facial at the spa. If you are looking to achieve that beautiful, glassy and plump Korean skin look, this is your secret weapon!

I’m not sure why more people don’t talk about Strivectin skincare…When it comes to anti-aging, she really is that girl. I have yet to find a line (at the same price point) that performs as well as Strivectin does. Obviously it isn’t cheap, but if you don’t want to pay thousands at the med spa, it is definitely worth the investment. As you may know, one of my FAVORITE beauty products to test are primers. Although some may appear similar, they honestly are all so different in terms of finish, consistency, and wear time. Strivectins Anti-Wrinkle Glowfector offers multiple benefits in one product. First off, you get SPF 30 protection from the broad spectrum sunscreen. This formula is INCREDIBLE because there is no whitecast. Its actually a beautiful, glowy champagne color that looks great on every skin tone. The finish of this primer gives skin such a healthy, illuminated shine that lightly peeks out from under foundation. You can also wear it alone for that perfect no makeup, makeup look. The two key ingredients are argan oil and marshmallow root. Argan oil helps to lightly hydrate without weighing skin down. Marshmallow root gives an enhanced radiant look to the skin. When it comes to wear time, thats where I'm the most picky with my primers. If it starts to sink into my pores or melts my foundation away, I won't use it again. But, I was so pleased with how this product wore. My skin looked just as beautiful upon application as it did on hour 10. Whenever I wear this underneath my makeup, I'm always so impressed with how my skin looks. I could go on and on about all the amazing qualities of this product. This is definitely a hidden gem that will truly perfect your makeup!

To be honest, I've never understood the hype behind Charlotte Tilbury's brand. I think she is an incredible artist with such a unique vision, but her products just don't intrigue me. Charlotte Tilbury is best known for her "magic wand" line. These are cream products that have a sponge tip applicator on them for easy use. For quite a while they were viral on Tik Tok. They actually went so viral that ELF duped this line at a heavily discounted rate. But recently, consumers have come for the brand because there is such minimal product for such a high price tag. Charlotte Tilbury is a luxury brand so the price makes some sense, but with how expensive everything else is getting these days and the quality of drugstore makeup only getting better, sales in luxury makeup aren't as high as they used to be. When I received the new Magic Water Cream moisturizer in gratis a few months ago, I was a bit excited to try something from the brand without having to purchase it myself. In 2013, Charlotte launched her best selling Magic Cream. Since then she has expanded her skincare line to include other essentials like serums, eye creams, cleansers, and oils. But her most recent launch was this summer when she released the Magic Water Cream. This moisturizer has all the original benefits of the Magic Cream but in a fragrance free, lightweight watery texture (which is ideal for normal to oily skin types). The standout ingredient is niacinimide which helps refine the look of pores while balancing skin. Charlotte also added another something special in this product too which makes it pretty unique, Waterlocking Fusion Technology. They claim this trademarked technology traps moisture immediately and retains more moisture over time. Overall, I did enjoy this cream. It did all that it claimed to without feeling heavy or greasy. But, I've tried about 50 others that do the exact same thing this one did at a fraction of the cost. I just can't justify $100 on 1.7oz when I know I can get the same thing for $40 or less. A great dupe (even better in my opinion) is the Belif Aqua Bomb at $38 for the same size. Save your money where you can y'all!
