This is the first product by Almay I've tried. I have never really been drawn to their products. Their packaging and products aren't really all that creative or shocking to me. I also feel like with all the constant launches, brands like Almay get lost in the dark. But, this product is a gem. This eyeliner is so creamy and it also comes in a variety of shades so you can go smokey with blacks or lighter with silver and white shades. I think the price of this product is very fair considering how well the pencil works. I've noticed with many drugstore eye pencils they are often too stiff or hard to place on the eyes. Or even in some cases, they aren't pigmented enough to show up on the eyes. I find this pencil comparable to the silkiness of the infamous Urban Decay eyeliners. If you happen to see this, I would grab it in every shade possible.
