There's nothing that really brings my look together quite like a sexy winged liner. The trick to a perfect liner is some Scotch tape and a felt tip eyeliner. I feel they are the easiest to work with and dry down the quickest. When Ulta was having a big Benefit sale, I knew this was one I wanted to try. I always am so amazed by how intricate and fun Benefit's packaging always is. This liner comes in both black and brown whether you want something more muted and soft or intense and smokey. It has a grip on the body so it doesn't slide out of your hands upon application. It dries down to a pitch black matte that doesn't bleed or fade throughout the day. It is waterproof and won't come off unless you use makeup remover. My only complaint about this product is the liquid comes out a little quick. Make sure you shake it up before use and start from your outer corner of your eye inwards to avoid any buildup. If you are willing to take your time with this product, it really is a great liner!
