Let's be honest, we put our hair through A LOT. The intense heat, the over-washing, and the tight top knots are just a few reasons our hair can become damaged over time. If you do one of more of these habits daily, you definitely need to be using a deep conditioning mask. The Don't Despair, Repair! hair mask by Briogeo helps to reduce breakage, deeply hydrate, and protect against future damage. Briogeo is a black owned business started by Nancy Twine. Nancy struggled to find all natural hair products that actually worked, so she created her own. Briogeo is a "6 Free" hair care line. Which simply means all their products are made without sulfates, silicones, phalates, parabens, DEA, and dyes. All of their products are 90-100% naturally derived. They are also gluten free and vegan! This mask is made with rosehip and almond oils as well as biotin to revive dry, damaged hair. This mask is safe for color treated and chemically treated hair. After shampooing, I like to take a handful of this and mix it with my normal conditioner (you can also use it on its own, this is just what I prefer). I massage the mask into my scalp and let it sit for at least 10 minutes while I'm showering. After the time is up, I make sure I've thoroughly rinsed my hair. After a quick blow dry, my hair looks 100x times better. It looks much less frizzy, tangled, and dull. This stuff may be a bit expensive for a mask, but if you struggle with any sort of dry, damaged, or dull hair, you NEED this product in your life!
