In my opinion, white eyeliners are one of the hardest products to perfect. Either the coloring can look too creamy, or it can crack/bleed because the base isn't pigmented enough. And creating a liquid white eyeliner is certainly a challenge. But, leave it to my favorite makeup brand Colourpop to create a nearly perfect one!! Colourpop expands its beauty line nearly every month, in the past year they have come out with items like concealer, foundation, mascara, and now eyeliners! They came out with creme and liquid liners in a variety of fun, bright colors. The liquid liners have an ultra precise felt tip so that you can create the sharpest line possible! The tip is also very flexible so you can create whatever shape you desire. To get the ultimate color payoff, I highly suggest shaking it well before use. This liner does not transfer. It does bleed a bit, which is why I won't give it a 5/5, but it doesn't bleed bad enough to where it is noticeable. I really like this liner! It isn't perfect, but for $8 its pretty dang good!
