Recently, It Cosmetics teamed up with haircare brand Drybar to create this adorable little mascara!! The component looks similar to one of Drybar's famous blowout brushes. The yellow part of the "brush" is actual metal, creating a very lux feel for the consumer. The wand of the mascara brush is quite unique. It has small balls on the tips of the bristles, similar to an actual hairbrush that help to separate and volumize lashes. It contains a biotin formula to help thicken and intensity the look of lashes as well. I think the idea of this product is very unique and creative, but I sadly don't think it works. I feel like to achieve the "blown out" lash look they are marketing, I have to apply multiple layers which can often make your lashes look clumpy. I feel like it doesn't add any volume or length to my lashes. To me, they look the same as they did before applying the mascara, only darker. Overall, I love the concept of this product and I appreciate them thinking outside of the box, but I don't think it's worth your money.
