I used to think that all I needed in my skincare routine was just a good cleanser and moisturizer. I was always so scared to branch out and try things like masks, serums, and toners. Part of that fear was due to my horribly sensitive skin, but the other part was I just didn't understand what they did. I came to find out that a good toner can be a your secret weapon to perfect skin! Toners can help to exfoliate, refine, and get rid of excess oils hidden in your pores. This one from Origins has key ingredients of lamaria and saccharia. Lamaria helps to get rid of shine in your T-zones that can build up throughout the day. Saccharia helps to refine and exfoliate the dead skin. This toner is made without harsh chemicals that can irritate skin such as: parabens, parrafin, DEA, and formaldehyde. Origins states that this product is good for all skin types, especially combination. The one thing I dislike about this product is the scent. At first, it isn't too strong. But, after applied to the skin, the smell of bergamot, mint, and lavender intensifies. It's so heavy that it actually has made my eyes water. If scents don't effect your skin, then I would highly recommend this toner! But, if they do, Origins has a couple of other toners without the harsh scent!
