I had never tried anything from Pur Minerals before. But, this product is something I had yet to see on the market. It's not just your typical setting spray, it has blue light defense. Blue light can be both good and bad for you. The biggest blue light we experience is the sun. Obviously we all need a little sunshine and fresh air! But, when your skin, including your face, isn't protected from these intense rays, it can lead to a serious burn or even worse, skin cancer. Pur minerals knows how much light our skin absorbs, whether its outside in the hot sun or inside staring at a computer for hours. It's starting to age our skin quicker. They created a line of several products to help protect your skin, but this one is my favorite. This setting spray is used after makeup application for a flawless look that won't budge throughout your day. It's illuminating to help your skin look more dewy and fresh. After a couple weeks of using this I have noticed that my skin looks more healthy and not so dull. I really do see the blue light defense playing a part here. The only thing that doesn't have me hooked on this product yet is the mister and how long it takes to dry. The nozzle on this can tend to shoot out onto your face and isn't as fine as I would prefer. This product also tends to take a little longer to dry down than most setting sprays I own. But, if you tend to be outside or around bright screens a lot, I really do recommend this product. We need to protect our skin as much as we can. Even using this spray can really help!
