Every brand has their staple products that they're known for. Urban Decay has their setting spray, Smashbox has their primer, and Stila has their liquid eyeshadows. These eyeshadows have changed the game on how truly simple makeup can be. The shadows have a flat, rounded applicator that helps to seamlessly apply the pigment onto the lids for a quick eye look. Before this product hit the market, people would blend multiple shadows for several minutes to create the perfect smokey eye. This product helped to minimize that struggle. With one quick swipe, a bit of eye liner, and mascara a sexy eye look is created in half the time it would take to blend powder shadows. I recommend this product especially to people who are just beginning their makeup journey. It is much less frustrating and have a variety of shades for endless looks. I like to use the glitter shades on top of my regular powder products to give a extra dimension. This product is 40% water so unlike some liquid shadows it feels light as air on the lid. It has an adhesive base so it can stick to the lid without a primer. The only complaints I have about this product is the price for one, I personally think that is way too high for a single shade. You can get an entire Morphe palette for that price. Also, even though this product is more convenient than typical eye shadows, it takes a few minutes to dry down without transferring. I personally prefer powder shadows but if you are willing to spend the extra money and time to experiment with these, it can be a fun alternative!
