The beauty brand Truly is famous for its one of a kind, innovative products. They've come up with award winning items such as "24k Butt Serum" and "Rainbow Hair Mask." Recently they've launched this lip plumping mask with gold glitter stars. This mask is filled with great ingredients like hyaluronic acid (to hydrate), aloe (to soothe), and peppermint (to plump). When I first saw this product I was obsessed with how cute it looked! But, then I wondered if it even worked or if they were just distracting the consumer with shiny glitter. But, this is by far the most INTENSE lip plumper i've ever used. This is not for people who can't handle a bit of pain. When first applying, you don't feel much of anything. But, about 30 seconds into it, you feel your lips begin to pulsate, that means it's working!! I like to keep this mask on for 2-3 minutes. It will start to become a bit painful, you may even think your lips are swelling, but I promise this is normal for an intense plumper like this. After the 2-3 minutes, simply remove with a warm washcloth. Your lips will be a bit redder than usual. I thought the plumping effect lasted for about an hour, which is twice as long as a plumping gloss. Overall, I was very impressed with this product. I was shocked by how well it worked and how intense it felt. This is definetley one to try if you're feeling adventurous.
