I honestly think Soap and Glory is one of the most underrated brands at the drugstore. Every product I’ve tried from them has been a smash hit. The company was created in 2006 in the United Kingdom. They quickly attracted consumers with their unbeatable prices and fun, retro packaging. However, within recent years the brand has seemed to lose interest from their previous audience. Most likely due to the over-saturation of beauty lines and products on the market. But, I always keep going back and trying more from them. In fact, one of my first blog posts was about the INCREDIBLE Kick Ass (yes, that’s the name) Foundation. I’m so sad they no longer carry this item but they do have an amazing bath line that I’m obsessed with! I am a die hard Pixi Glow Tonic girl. But, when I saw this Soap and Glory toner with 5% glycolic acid on clearance at my local drugstore, I knew I had to try it. According to Ulta.com, this toner helps to gently exfoliate and remove impurities for super smooth skin. The key ingredient, glycolic acid, is a skin savior. This acid helps to actually reduce signs of aging by erasing sun damage, boosting hydration, and increasing collagen in the skin. I love how they combined this powerful (sometimes intense) ingredient with soothing chamomile extract. I’ve tried glycolic acid toners in the past and they were just too much for my sensitive skin. But I really think the chamomile in here helps to keep the glycolic acid doing its job without being too harsh. Within a few uses of this toner, I quickly saw results. My face appeared brighter, tighter, and my pores had nearly vanished. I also liked how my skin felt hydrated after using it as sometimes toners can leave the face feeling stripped from moisture. Overall, I was very impressed with this product. At this point, I don’t think Soap and Glory can make a bad product. Don’t sleep on this toner or this brand!

I've said it once and I'll say it again, this brand deserves WAY more attention because every product I've tried has been absolutely amazing. Whenever I go to Ulta I always hit the clearance section first. While working there, I found out that most (and best) markdowns happen on Sunday after store resets. Usually nothing is wrong with marked down products, but things have to either be sent back or priced down to make way for newer launches. On the particular day I went, their clearance section was quite picked over. But, I saw a little purple box hiding in the back and stumbled upon this gem. I usually pass on detox/charcoal masks since my skin is already so dry, but I love anything from Keys Soulcare so I had to give it a try! This purifying facial mask promises to restore balance and harmony to your skin. It has an intoxicating sandalwood scent that absolutely draws you in (if you are sensitive to smells, this one may be too strong). The calming smell helps you unwind and relax while the mask is working. However, the one thing that really makes this mask unique is that although it detoxes, it doesn't strip or dry out the skin. This is all thanks to the key ingredient manuka honey. Manuka honey from New Zealand is full of powerful antioxidants that help to draw moisture into the skin naturally. Another ingredient I found interesting was actually gold foil. Yes, you read that right. There are micro flecks of gold which is what gives this mask it's unique shimmer. Gold helps the skin to appear more radiant and glowy which is why it's often used as a key component in luxury skincare. After using this, my pores were immensely smaller and my face looked more tightened. I also occasionally use this as a spot treatment mask to clean out any impurities from a pimple. And after wiping it off, the pimple appears smaller and even looks less red. All in all, this is another major win from Keys Soulcare. I was very impressed with this product and will continue to try more from this brand!

For YEARS, people had always raved about how amazing this concealer was. But, I was still stuck in my Tarte Shape Tape era. However, the price has slowly raised and now that I live on my own, $31 is just a lot to continually spend on a little concealer. So, I decided to do some research on what the best drugstore concealer is. Although the drugstore has certainly stepped up their game, this iconic product has been a winner for a long time. What makes this item unique is definitely the sponge tip applicator. Some consumers find it annoying, but I actually really like it. The velvety, fluffy rounded sponge helps to perfectly spread and blend in product. You simply twist the red cap and spread the concealer. It also helps me not to overuse product, which is easy to do with the usual wand applicator. But, the formula is certainly one of a kind too. It has up to 12 hour moisturizing wear and crease proof coverage. When I'm in a rush (or oversleep) I can simply do a few swipes of this where it's needed, blend, and go. The formula is self setting which means it doesn't crease or move without powder. Once it's dry, you're left with a radiant, full coverage finish. I have never had a concealer that provided this much coverage and was self setting. Within the past year, Maybelline also created two color correctors with this incredible formula. Light pink for brightening and yellow for neutralizing. Many people will also use darker, cooler shades for contour. The possibilities are truly endless with this product. It's safe to say this is the best drugstore concealer on the market, and for good reason.
